4. Payments, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Paid subscriptions grant access to premium content for the duration of the selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Due to the nature of digital educational products — where full access to content is granted immediately upon purchase — all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you receive instant access to the study materials and waive any right to a refund. We encourage you to take advantage of our free practice questions to evaluate the platform before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

All content on CFPDatabase — including practice questions, explanations, articles, graphics, and software — is original material created independently by our team. The content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

CFPDatabase does not reproduce, copy, or redistribute copyrighted material from any official certification body, textbook publisher, or third-party source. All questions and educational materials are written in-house and are not derived from proprietary exam content.

6. No Official Affiliation

CFPDatabase is an independent educational platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards (CFP Board), any certification authority, or any official examination body. References to certification names and exam topics are used solely for descriptive purposes to identify the subject matter of our study materials.

7. No Guarantee of Exam Results

While we strive to provide high-quality study resources, CFPDatabase does not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing any certification exam. Exam success depends on many factors beyond our control.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any content from the platform.
• Attempt to scrape, download, or systematically extract content.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability
